Introducing Our NEW 400 Cell EPA-Compliant Downpipes for the Urus
The Lamborghini Urus delivers supercar-level performance in an SUV platform — but factory catalyst restrictions limit the full potential of its 4.0L twin-turbo V8. Our NEW EPA-compliant 400 cell high-flow downpipes unlock improved exhaust flow, sharper turbo response, and a deeper, more aggressive sound profile — all while maintaining emissions compliance standards.
Engineered specifically for the Urus platform, these downpipes represent the next evolution in compliant high-performance exhaust technology.
Why 400 Cell?
- EPA-Compliant 400 Cell Catalysts: Designed to increase exhaust flow while maintaining compliance standards.
- Improved Turbo Efficiency: Reduced restriction enhances spool characteristics and throttle response.
- Enhanced Exhaust Tone: Deeper low-end presence with sharper turbo acoustics and a more exotic character.
- Balanced Performance: Noticeable gains without sacrificing daily drivability.
Performance & Engineering
- Optimized Flow Path: Reduces backpressure while maintaining catalyst efficiency.
- Mandrel-Bent Tubing: Smooth internal transitions for maximum airflow.
- Precision TIG Welding: Built to withstand extreme heat cycles and boost pressures.
- Direct OEM Fitment: 100% bolt-on design using factory mounting locations.
- Designed to Pair Perfectly with Valvetronic Titanium Exhaust Systems
Sound Profile
- Stock Exhaust + Downpipes: Noticeable increase in volume with enhanced turbo character and deeper tone.
- Valvetronic Exhaust + Downpipes: Maximum transformation — heightened aggression, sharper transitions, and a true Lamborghini-inspired exhaust note.
